Join us for an Hour of Inspiration, become a Friend of the Ghetto Fighters’ House, and help us pass the torch of Holocaust Memory on to future generations: The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising: Myth, Reality and Legacy Monday | February 26 @ 19:00 | Johanneskerk, Feanwâlden.

The Ghetto Fighters’ House was established in 1949 by Holocaust survivors, among them survivors of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, and is among the first museums of its kind. The museum’s archive is the first Holocaust archive with about 2.5 million items. Since its inception, the founders sought to tell the story of the Holocaust, focusing on Jewish resistance in all its forms, moral choices, and the triumph of the human spirit, while fostering humanism and democratic values. Their vision is as relevant today as ever. As we mark the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, join us for an event that highlights inspiring stories of resistance, bravery and heroism, stories of women and men who took a stand against Nazi oppression. Together, we will delve into their struggles and gain a deeper understanding of their enduring impact, reaffirming our commitment to Holocaust education and remembrance.
